Hallo zusammen.Ich wollte mal nachfragen,ob jemand mit PLATIN CASINO gerade dieselbe Erfahrung macht.Ich warte jetzt seit 5 Tagen auf die Verifizierung damit ich auszahlen lassen kann.Eine Kontaktaufnahme ist nicht möglich,emails an den support werden nicht beantwortet,der "CHAT" (lol)ist nicht erreichbar,immer wenn ich den öffne kommt Warteposition 13....nach 30 min hat man echt keine Lust mehr zu warten,.Vorher ging das mit dem Chat zügig,jetzt denkt man,halb Deutschland wird verifiziert.Guckt man sich die Bewertungen bei trustpilot an verunsichert das noch mehr.Ich warte noch bis Mittwoch,dann reich ich eine Beschwerde ein.danke.

Salve a tutti. Volevo chiedere se qualcuno sta avendo la stessa esperienza con PLATIN CASINO. Sono 5 giorni che aspetto la verifica per poter effettuare il pagamento. Non è possibile contattarmi, alle email di supporto non viene data risposta. la "CHAT" (lol) non è raggiungibile, ogni volta che la apro c'è la posizione di attesa 13... dopo 30 minuti non hai proprio più voglia di aspettare. Prima la chat era veloce, adesso pensi a mezza Germania è in fase di verifica. Se guardi le recensioni su Trustpilot, è ancora più inquietante. Aspetterò fino a mercoledì e poi presenterò un reclamo. Grazie.
