Hallo zusammen,

ich bin seit Jahren schon Kunde bei Paysafe und hatte nie Probleme. Mein Konto ist verifiziert und ich nutze es quasi jeden Tag. Meine Paysafekarten kaufe ich immer an der gleichen Tankstelle bei mir um die Ecke. Vor zwei Tagen wollte ich eine Transaktion tätigen und habe die Meldung bekommen.

"Ihr Paysafekonto ist bis auf weiteres für Transaktionen gesperrt, wenden Sie sich an den Kundensupport".

Die Kontaktaufnahme ist echt unterirdisch! Peer Email und Hotline habe ich versuch den Grund der Sperrung zu erfahren, aber keiner kann mir eine Antwort geben. Das Antragsformular "Antrag zur Aufhebung der Sperre" habe ich ausgefüllt. Dies ist jetzt schon knapp 2 Tage her.

Vielleicht hat hier jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht und kann mir einen Tipp geben.

I have been a Paysafe customer for years and have never had any problems. My account is verified and I use it practically every day. I always buy my Paysafe cards at the same gas station around the corner from me. Two days ago I wanted to make a transaction and got the message.

"Your Paysafe account is blocked from transactions until further notice, contact customer support."

The contact process is really underground! I tried to find out the reason for the blocking via email and the hotline, but no one can give me an answer. I have filled out the application form “Application to lift the ban”. This was almost 2 days ago now.

Maybe someone here has had similar experiences and can give me a tip.

 Wow das ist ja schon eine Hausnummer . Gerade Paysafe müsste so ein Problem doch schnellstens beseitigen . Ich bin wie du auch seit eh und je Paysafe Fan und mein Konto ist auch Unlimitet . ich habe zwar so ein Rießen Problem zum Glück noch nicht. Drücken wir mal die Daumen das das Problem bald behoben wird oder wenigstens eine Info was das Schief gelaufen ist .

Wow, that's quite a house number. Paysafe in particular should solve such a problem as quickly as possible. Like you, I have always been a Paysafe fan and my account is also unlimited. Luckily I don't have such a huge problem yet. Let's keep our fingers crossed that the problem will be fixed soon or at least some information about what went wrong.

Schlimmstenfalls wird mir mein Guthaben aufs Bankkonto überwiesen hat mir die Dame mit extrem südeuropäischem Dialekt gesagt! Aber ich hab mir nix vorzuwerfen Ein- und Auszahlungen in Casinos! Mir wurde aber gesagt das es kein Problem ist da Paysafe mit Casinos zusammen arbeiten "Interwetten und Onecasino" wurde mir genannt.

But I have nothing to blame myself for deposits and withdrawals in casinos! But I was told that it wasn't a problem because Paysafe works with casinos "Interwetten and Onecasino" were mentioned to me.
