Recieved this bit of advice from Live chat at Platnium Play Microgaming for when folks purchase a Visa Card to deposit. (As most of us know, Mastercard is no longer a option to deposit. )
"Please also be aware that purchasing with a Visa Card may deem problematic from time to time depending on the Banking Gateway that is being used at the time of the deposits being made. Please therefore feel free to try and select odd amounts when making a purchase with the Visa, such as $33.25 or $48.52. Such amounts tend to go through. Please also wait 15-20 minutes between rejected purchases and just keep trying as it will go through sooner or later."
Hope this helps folks in the USA that still can play at Microgaming casinos, and can no longer deposit with Mastercard.

I also deposited to one of MG casino with my MC card and it worked -it was yesterday-...I am not sure what is really going on but I guess I will have to start using my QT more now or my net spend card...Thanks,Pam for the heads up.

I am really confused about this MC thing. Some folks are getting them to go thru, and some , like me, are having no luck at all.

Sono davvero confuso riguardo a questa cosa dell'MC. Alcune persone riescono a farli passare e altri, come me, non hanno avuto alcuna fortuna.

That must have been what happened to me the other day, it was on the wrong "Banking Gateway" for a minute. I have been using my Metro Card for YEARS and it has never been declined. The other night I tried to deposit and it was declined, I told live chat it was the same cards I always use and that I had just used 8 hours before. She suggested I wait a while but didn't really give an explanation. I deposited somewhere else and it work. But sure enough an hour later it worked just fine and has been working ever since.

L'altra sera ho provato a depositare ed è stato rifiutato, ho detto alla chat dal vivo che erano le stesse carte che uso sempre e che avevo usato appena 8 ore prima. Mi ha suggerito di aspettare un po' ma non ha dato una spiegazione. Ho depositato da qualche altra parte e funziona. Ma sicuramente un'ora dopo ha funzionato perfettamente e da allora ha funzionato sempre.

A lot of online casinos don't note their credit card purchases as "online gambling." I have seen on my C.C. statement: Luggage, electronic equipment, travel fees. Our something very obscure such as "charged to www.ccc.ttt.buy.com"

And 2 add 2 this, here's another tip u might find helpful:
When u make a deposit @ MG & r using a Visa gift card, naturally u have 2 register it on the MG site like it's a credit card. I recommend waiting at least 15 minutes from the time u register the card 'til u make the deposit. 4 some reason, this always works 4 me

E 2 aggiungi 2 questo, ecco un altro suggerimento che potresti trovare utile:
Quando effettui un deposito su MG & r utilizzando una carta regalo Visa, naturalmente devi registrarla sul sito MG come se fosse una carta di credito. Ti consiglio di attendere almeno 15 minuti dal momento in cui registri la carta fino a quando effettui il deposito. Per qualche ragione, a me funziona sempre
