I was told I was not eligible when I attempted to claim a new player no deposit bonus. I had the following conversation and it ended up working out for me. Just thought I would share.
Before I even signed up I spoke with live chat to make sure that USA players were accepted and that I could receive the bonus. But I actually did not get around to the sign up until maybe 6 hours later. At which point the bonus code did not go through.
So again I contacted CS...

Very true. Everyone gets further when they are nice and polite.
If it were me asking, they probably would have taken the 'so I can let the players know on my forum' as a threat.
I would not have gotten the free chip but banned instead.

Se fossi stato io a chiederlo, probabilmente avrebbero preso il "così posso farlo sapere ai giocatori sul mio forum" come una minaccia. Non avrei ottenuto il chip gratuito ma invece sarei stato bannato.
